Sprout Social! A MaiTri cooking class in how to sprout your own beans and seeds and create healthy, delicious appetizers with Chef Meagan Lombaer! On March 18th, at 2:00PM MaiTri Chicago and the Radical Larder invite you to gather, share space, learn, and nourish your mind, body, and soul at MaiTri’s new location in Wicker Park. In this class you will learn how to sprout chickpeas, chia seeds, mung beans, and sunflower seeds, make some delicious appetizers to share, and take home your own ‘bout to sprout samples and recipes!

Plant Based St. Patrick's Day Evening Pop Up 6-9pm
Expect shepherd's pie, cabbage soup, soda bread, super leprechaun power green slaw and vegan gluten free festive cake (check back for detailed menu closer to the event).
Pop Up On Saturday February 10 from 6-9pm
Expect a plant based winter squash pot pie, or stuffed bell peppers, vegan and gluten free pumpkin cake and possibly red velvet, peppermint chocolate chip cookies.
Pop Up Brunch immediately following Sunday Morning Yoga from 12-3pm
Expect savory oatmeal with winter squash, wilted greens, coconut, orange and molasses, wraps with greens, roast veggies, and tahini dressing, chocolate red velvet cake, pumpkin cake, and possibly cookies.
